Producer seeking reader/evaluate screenplays (anywhere)
Film/TV Producer looking for someone to read screenplays and provide script coverage/analysis. Work from home via e-mail (you can live anywhere). You will need to read three scripts a week and provide coverage. If you do live in the Los Angeles area, once a month or so the producer will take you out to lunch (hopefully as things open up more) and you will be able to talk /ask/ get advice and learn about the entertainment business (if you live elsewhere this can be done via phone).
This position is basically non-paid with the possibility of growth and pays when the producer is in production on a film and/or sets up a film. Writers and/or recent (current) film school grads in screenwriting, directing, producing encouraged. Looking for someone that understands the art of screenwriting, structure, characters, plot– and can recognize good writing and stories.
