Certified Personal Trainer available for home and/or outdoor sessions. We travel to ANY location. Learn how to train your body correctly, using a variety of different methods.

After stabilizing your body with flexibility, we then move on to focusing on your fitness goals (weight loss, strength, endurance, performance, agility, competition, etc.). This is achieved by utilizing a diverse set of exercises tailored to the clients interests; body weight workouts, boxing, running, swimming, hiking, tennis, basketball, and many others. Two trainers work on your goals as a team.

The free assessment provided for anyone interested. This will include a NASM-certified squat assessment test to teach us how your body is currently working. It will demonstrate which muscles are overactive, and which are underachieve. This provides us a proper template to begin the stabilization of your body, in order to make a proper training plan. The assessment will also include foam rolling as well as a static stretching lesson. At the end of the assessment, we will put together your monthly fitness calendar to provide you an outline of your training regime.

10 years of personal training experience. NASM certified (CPT and PDS). TRX certified.
