These are the SMS Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) for the Bonoboville / Dr. Susan Block Institute text messaging program, operated by Lomami Ventures LLC.
These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) describe the text messaging (SMS/MMS) program operated by Lomami Ventures LLC (“Bonoboville,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with Bonoboville and the Dr. Susan Block Institute. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in as described below, you consent to receive text messages from us and you agree to these SMS Terms.
We send SMS and MMS text messages only to individuals who have opted in. Messages relate to account and community notifications, appointment scheduling and reminders, and confidential wellness and counseling communication with the Dr. Susan Block Institute (213-291-9497). Where offered, messaging is two-way so that you can reply to coordinate your appointment or reach a counselor through a private number.
You give your express consent to receive recurring automated text messages by either:
We only send text messages to people who have opted in. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies and messages may be recurring, based on your activity and your communications with us.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from that program unless you opt in again.
