Looking for someone with background in Software Development

My name's Philip and I'm running a small software agency.
So I'm looking for someone who can help me with the job interviews and project meetings on behalf of my agency.
You'll be acting as a bridge between the clients and my team, if you're comfortable impersonating my devs, it would be better because most of the clients want to communicate with the developer directly without any bridge.
It would be perfect if you have hands-on experience or background in software development or software project management.
Preferably, should be a native English speaker or fluent in English.
You'll get paid weekly based on the time you spent on interviews; around 10~20 hours of availability is expected weekly.
